Elgin, TX – Coyote Creek Organic Feed Mill and World’s Best Eggs appointed new General Managers in the second quarter. The move signals Coyote Creek’s ongoing commitment to producing high-performance feed and to strengthening family farms while World’s Best Eggs looks to expand to new markets with its premium quality, pasture-raised organic eggs. Both companies provide USDA-Certified Organic and Non-GMO Project Verified products.
Long-time Farm Manager Jenny Myers is now World’s Best Eggs General Manager while former Coyote Creek Office Manager and local Elgin resident Brooke Hobby has been promoted to General Manager of Coyote Creek Organic Feed Mill. These two smart and capable women will work collaboratively, as part of a newly-energized team, to increase the reach and value of the companies’ customer relationships and strategic partnerships.
Owners Amy and Rob Cunningham, son of founder Jeremiah Cunningham, are excited about the renewed focus on family farmers’ success. “Successful family farms mean increased access to healthy, sustainably raised, organic food for everyone. That’s why my Dad built an organic feed mill, and why Amy and I are proud to continue his vision,” Rob says.
Speaking with customers in her new role, Brooke Hobby says farmers have expressed appreciation for the superior quality of the USDA Certified Organic and Non-GMO Project Verified, high performance feed produced at Coyote Creek Organic Feed Mill. “That’s great to hear,” she says, “there is also room to improve customer service and to pursue more efficient processes that will allow us to provide our superior animal feeds in a way that best matches the needs of each farmer that we serve.”
For Jenny Myers, the mission of World’s Best Eggs remains to produce the highest quality, most sustainable, nutritionally dense, USDA Certified-Organic and Non-GMO Project Verified pasture-raised eggs. At the same time, she’s working to expand into new markets, “We are introducing our soy-free eggs into the south and Florida regions and customers are delighted.” Jenny says the hens at Coyote Creek Farm in Elgin, Texas and Bethesda Farm near Jacksonville, Florida make her job easy. “When people taste our pasture-raised eggs, well, our sales keep growing.”
